Victorian Woman

A charm of a woman in the Victorian era enclosed in a gold hoop. gold discs attached to the bottom remind me of the puffy dresses they used to wear in those times.

Life's Values: Love~ $6.00

This small collection (Life's Values) of 5 earrings are sort of an inspiration for me. Each of the charms with inscriptions were bought from my last trip to US. The 5th pair, featuring a woman in a hoop and black swarovski crystals, was sold at my school's fund raising event, which i participated in for the experience. So only these 4 pairs remain.

The cat matches the 'Love' charm cos it reminds me of the love that a mother cat showers its kittens. The ruby swarovski crystals make this pair somewhat feminine.

I matched the 'Peace' charm with the butterfly. Somehow the gardens that we see in storybooks at hear of in fairytales are so peaceful, with little butterflies fluttering around. I chose green, cos not only is the colour seemingly relaxing on the eye, but it also suits the garden theme.

'A dog runs up to its master every morning with its leash in its mouth, as if hinting to its master to take it out for a walk. Its only hope every morning is that its master will oblige him to the walk.' This is was my inspiration for this piece, and a sapphire swarovski crystal tops it off nicely.

Other than fashion, which happens to be my second love, music is my passion. I only found a strong interest in music in secondary school, hence this birth of a pair of earrings inspired by my passion. Ruby and sapphire are 2 colours I love, hence I added them to add some vibrant colour to this pair of earrings. Please state in your email your 2 desired colours!

The twisting of the pins were done entirely by hand, after which my fingers were bruised. The colour combination was inspired by a pair of shoes that i saw in Bata in these 3 colours- silver, red and black. Red acrylic beads and black plastic crystals make up the bulk of this pair of earrings.

Again, this pair was done entirely by hand. Orange acrylic beads and salmon coloured plastic crystals top off this look. A perfect pair for people with a fettish for orange-coloured stuff!

My sis got a pair of earrings with little handcuffs on our last trip to US. So i decided to try make one that's somewhat similar. Zig-zag patterns line the side of the rings.

The simplest thing I could do to these metal frames is to add crystals and it turned out well. A simple pair or earrings that instantly add colour and style to any outfit! Please state in your email your desired colour.

Teardrops On My Window II~ $6.00

I added the glass teardrop after looking at some designs by some local jewelry designers. It looks more classy now, and is great for any occasion, especially formal events! The photo doesn't do justice to the magnificent lime green of the beads. I picked up the teardrops during my last trip to US, so they're quite precious, hence I don't plan to make too many pairs of this earring. Nonetheless, these are available in clear, pink and blue. I also welcome a mixture of colours (:

I found these Pauau shell pendants from New Zealand lying around so i decided to transform them into a pair of earrings. It's a really simple but beautiful pair, with clear swarovski crystals at the bottom.

I got so excited making this pair of earrings. I got the metal charms on my trip to US last year. The sky blue swarovskis represent the colour of the sky and the orange swarovski remind me of the colour that the sun radiates. At the back of the charms the inscriptions are: Just For You. Only a few pairs are available, so this makes this pair of earrings a definite keeper.

This is one of my favourite combinations- star-shaped shell and a small metal star. Again, it's a simple pair, but really pretty and feminine, and makes one wanna feel young again! The star-shaped shells were bought from a small shop in the US while on holiday last December, and so it makes this pair extra special! (:
